I am a South University Student I am writting a speech on active and cold cases about missing person's. I wish for my speech to raise awareness so that missing person's never become just a case file on a shelf. This is how I come accross your site.
Has there been any kind of leads or updates on Kyle? God Bless Your Family, My Prayers are with you.
While living in North Carolina in 2007 this story caught my eye because Kyle disappeared on Nov. 9th, my birthday. I've followed this site for the last two years checking in periodically to see if there were any updates. Every year since on my birthday I think of Kyle and hope that eventually his family will find the answers behind his disappearance. My thoughts are with his family.
Can somebody please provide an update?
Please know that you have been in our prayers since Kyle went missing. We can't imagine what his family goes through daily. We know that you think of him daily but know that God is there for each of you.

Hi, I saw the AMW tonite and I was greatly moved as I lived outside Charlotte 2 years ago and remember the search efferts. Hopefully someone will come forward tonite to help bring closure. I am praying for Kyle and his family and I am a flight attendant and if you need anything let me know.

My heart breaks for the Fleischmann family every time I think of Kyle. Kyle seems like such a striking, remarkable person that for him to still remain missing is upsetting. Please know that many people think of Kyle and his family and are hopeful that answers will surface soon.
I am so sorry this has happened. I have never forgotten about this and often think about Kyle. Just know that many people have not forgotten about him and hope and pray for his safe return.
I am just so shocked and surprised at things like this. I want the family to know that I am praying for him. Asha Degree is also still missing. I remember this disappearance as well. Two innocent people...

I have been thinking of you often this past week, especially with the missing young man in the Boston area, who happens to be from NC. Unfortunately, tragically, they found his body early this morning. My thoughts and prayers are with both your families.

Hello, I just wanted to write as I came across the website. I have been keeping up with Kyle's story since the news broke about his being missing. I worked at 2 Wachovia right next to the Fuel Pizza building where Kyle was last seen and worked 3rd shift that night. It just breaks my heart to read the story and news coverage about this. I have offered my services in the past and will offer them again and feel free to pass my name to the investigator working the case, I am a retired police detective and if I can do anything to help, let me know at this e-mail address listed. God bless and never give up hope. Miracles happen all the time.

I just want to offer my condolences to the Fleischman family for their loss. I saw his story on News 14 last weekend and I can honestly say I really felt bad for the family as the story progressed. Then at the end of the report they stated that his birthday is at the end of this month on the 24th. This made the issue seem even more personal since my birthday is on 9/24 as well. But when the reporter stated that Kyle will be 26 that kinda connected me with him even more even though I don't know him b/c I too will be 26. We were born on the same day in time and I'm just so sorry to everyone this has affected. I know stuff happens to someone everyday in this world which is why i hate the news. But something told me to not turn away when the story started. I will always keep your son on my mind each birthday i have as long as i live.
