As the holidays draw closer, many friends and family gather for drinks in bars and restaurants across the country. With recent changes in Kyle’s case – transfer from the missing person’s unit to homicide – America’s Most Wanted thought this would be a good time to review Kyle’s case and update the nation on where things currently stand. Our hope is that this national coverage, combined with the busy time of year, can help lead to public chatter that will help us resolve Kyle’s case.
If you have any information regarding Kyle’s case, please contact Homicide Detective, Michael Burke, below:

Over the past week an opportunity to promote Kyle’s Story and the KFF at the upcoming Charlotte NASCAR weekend, on October 16-18th, has quickly materialized. With the help of Garret Turner, we will be able to capitalize on a partnership between Liberty Port and Ware Racing to gain marketing exposure on the #31 Rick Ware Racing Nationwide series car.
The gracious folks at Rick Ware Racing have also agreed to distribute fliers of Kyle to all of their Circle K locations throughout the country. This will include all but two continental states! Both Rick Ware Racing and Liberty Port have also vowed to utilize their PR avenues to distribute information about Kyle’s story and the KFF to customers, corporate sponsors, and valued media contacts.
In addition to this great exposure, we have been granted the ability to post flyer’s in and around Charlotte Motor Speedway before and during the race weekend. It is our hope that we will also gain valuable television exposure during the ESPN coverage of the races.
Anyone and everyone can play a valuable role in making this a big success.
How can you help?

Any help you can provide in making this last minute opportunity a big success would be greatly appreciated. This is a great opportunity to generate some buzz about Kyle’s story and reintroduce it into the national media spot light.
Thanks so much everyone.

At around 2:25am Kyle was seen buying pizza at Fuel Pizza at the uptown location. He is distinctly remembered by one of the cashiers at Fuel Pizza. His whereabouts from here are unknown.
Any one that may have been in fuel pizza that night please contact crime stoppers.
On Monday, July 13th the KFF was informed that it has received official recognition from the IRS as a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.
We would like to extend a big thanks to everyone for your valuable help and support!

Team Kyle will be participating in the Beech Mountain Parks and Recreation – A Cool 5 charity race traversing across the top of Beech Mountain – Eastern America’s highest town at 5506ft. – on Saturday June 6th, 2009 at 9:00am. The five mile run and accompanying fun run will be open to runners and walkers of all ages and skill levels.
Many runners, walkers, and cyclists specifically make the journey to Beech Mountain for high altitude training. The mountain is remembered for Lance Armstrong Tour Du Pont stage win during the mid 1990’s and remains a playground for outdoor enthusiasts and endurance athletes.
A Cool 5 will benefit the construction of a new community playground at Buckeye Lake and the Buckeye Recreation Center. The playground will truly be a “community playground” as it will be built entirely from the help of volunteers and community members. The playground is a monumental undertaking for a small community such as Beech Mountain, but with the fundraising help from events like “A Cool 5”, we will be able to achieve our goal for the community of Beech Mountain.
For more information on A Cool 5, sponsorship forms, registration forms, and race details please visit www.acool5.com. If you are interested in participating in A Cool 5 as part of Team Kyle please contact Daniel Scagnelli at daniel@thekff.org.
