Personal Letters
Letter from Kyle Fleischmann’s Family
Our family member, Kyle Fleischmann, went missing on November 9, 2007. He was last seen leaving the Buckhead Saloon in uptown Charlotte, NC around 2:20 am. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Let us take a minute to tell you about Kyle. While we could list his accomplishments, we want to tell you who Kyle is as a person. We want to tell you about the person that we love and miss. During the last 24 years of his life, he has truly made an impact on our world. He is the type of guy that when he walks into a room, he lights it up with just a smile. He has a great sense of humor that has allowed him to overcome obstacles in his young life. Many years ago, he was severely injured when a car struck him while he was riding a bicycle. After months of surgery and pain, he recovered. He has shown us how to be a strong person. He showed us that we must have faith in life.
Kyle is the type of guy that makes you laugh when you want to cry. Even thinking about him now brings a smile to our face. We can picture him now. We can see him playing a game with us. We can see him telling jokes to us. We can see us just sitting around and sharing our lives together. While we can picture all the memories we have, we can not stop thinking about the memories that we are not making. We could not share Thanksgiving together. We may not be able to spend Christmas together.
We have all watched Kyle grow up to be a great man. He is kind and caring. He enjoys helping others and never asks for anything in return. It is now our turn to help him. We write to you and ask you for your help. Help us please find our family member, Kyle Fleischmann.
We cannot begin to describe the pain, sadness, and heartache that we feel right now. Everyday he is gone, we miss him even more. However, Kyle has shown us how to be strong. He has shown us how to have faith. We know that Kyle is out there somewhere. We will never give up until we find him. Please help us bring Kyle back home.
Thank you for your time.
